How to get started

Getting started and your account

Everything is done on the site and in Telegram by yourself — no calls or meetings. The order is the same for the AI front desk and the AI manager.

Four steps

  1. 01

    Payment

    Open the service page and press «Get started». Enter your business name and e-mail for the receipt, pay by card or SBP.

  2. 02

    Your company's bot

    Right after payment the connection page opens — its link also comes by e-mail. Follow the illustrated guide to create a Telegram bot via @BotFather and paste its key. About three minutes.

  3. 03

    Sign in to your account

    Press «Become the bot owner», then «Start» in Telegram. The bot remembers you as the owner. It sends the link to your account on the /settings command.

  4. 04

    Setup

    In your account set services, prices, hours and information about the business. About 10 minutes — see the sample below.

Sample: the AI manager at work

The AI manager works in Telegram: you send documents, it calculates and reports losses with ready decisions.

  • Send the bot recipe cards, the menu with prices and every supplier invoice — photo, Excel file or text. The AI manager recognises them and shows what it read before saving.
  • After each invoice it recalculates the menu cost and reports dishes that became unprofitable — with decisions and buttons.
  • In your account (/settings): name, target food cost, weekly summary time, menu food cost and purchase prices.

Already connected?

Open your bot in Telegram and send /settings — the bot will send the link to your account.
