Consent to personal data processing
By ticking the consent box in the request form on the MonAiLock website or pressing the consent button in the MonAiLock Telegram bot, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to VZMAKH PRODAKSHN LLC (INN 7842199365, OGRN 1227800004530, 3 bldg. 1 Orbitalnaya St., St Petersburg 196140, Russia) processing my personal data on the following terms. The Russian version prevails.
1. Data
Name; contact (Telegram username, phone number or e-mail); business name or field; comment; via the Telegram bot — name, username and Telegram ID and the conversation with the bot.
2. Purposes
Responding to my request, consulting, preparing an offer, concluding and performing a contract for an AI front desk or AI manager.
3. Actions and methods
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation; it is not passed to third parties for their own purposes or transferred abroad.
4. Term
Consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact.
5. Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by sending a statement in writing to 3 bldg. 1 Orbitalnaya St., St Petersburg 196140, Russia or by e-mail to info@mon-ai-lock.ru; you can call +7 (812) 614-04-01 to ask how to send a request. The Operator then stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the privacy policy, that the data I provide is my own, and that I am at least 18 years old.
