How much does it cost?
Setup is 9,900 ₽ one-time (4,900 ₽ for our first 10 customers), the subscription is 3,900 ₽ a month. At sign-up you pay for setup and the first month.
How is the full audit different from the free mini-audit?
The free mini-audit is a quick loss estimate from a few figures in the MonAiLock Telegram bot. The full audit (14,900 ₽) analyses your business data for 3–6 months: where and how much money is lost and our specific proposals.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You create your company's bot by the illustrated guide in about three minutes and set services, prices, schedule and rules in your cabinet. The MonAiLock team helps by e-mail.
How soon does the bot start working?
As soon as you paste the bot key on the site. Then you fill in your cabinet, and the AI front desk answers customers from your information.
What if the AI front desk doesn't know the answer?
It answers only from your information. If there is no answer, it tells the customer it will check, passes the question to you and remembers your answer.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Russia. The AI runs on Cloud.ru (GigaChat).
Which messengers are supported?
Telegram today. Instagram and WhatsApp are the next step.
